1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged. Products must be reported as damaged within 7 days of receipt to qualify.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us at info@onut.in or via WhatsApp at +91 63838 74974 with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. Once verified, we will initiate the refund process.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within [7-10] business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
